| Bio: | I’m an ecology grad student, living in various parts of the south for the past 10 years, with three furry “children” with a penchant for fuzzy mice and naps in the sun. I’m totally into geeky sci-fi TV—you name it—Stargate, Farscape, Battlestar Galactica, all permutations of Star Trek (yep, been known to go to a few cons in my time)…plus the usual sf/fantasy suspects on film (Tolkien, Harry Potter, Star Wars Eps 4-6, etc.), and I’ve been known to dabble in comics and anime as well. And as you can see from my layout (by the lovely and talented ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} hollydb), my adoration of all things Spike and Spuffy knows no bounds. Joss Whedon is God, let us worship at his temple.When I’m not buried in homework, research, or writing journal articles, I like to travel—preferably outside the country if the opportunity presents itself, though one of my life goals is also to make it to all 50 states; road trips are my favorite form of escape. And when I’m not living in the south, I’ve also been known to ski (learned at the age of 4). I love the outdoors, and never pass up the chance in my travels to hit every national park I possibly can.
